Q. Do I really need a professional rigging company?

A. Only you can make this decision! But here are some important points to consider:

  • Only a professional rigging company will know the proper procedures and have the specialized tooling and equipment to ensure a problem free relocation, in a timely manner. which usually results in a significant savings and frees up much needed personnel.
  • Do you have all the necessary permits, insurance and bonding, in case a problem should arise?
  • How much down time can you and your company afford?

Q. Can you move a "____________" ?

A. Lawson prides itself on moving anything of abnormal size, shape or weight. We have years of hands on rigging experience which allows us to achieve an innovative approach to the most difficult of relocation tasks.


Q. I only have to move one small machine?

A. One machine or a complete plant relocation, whatever your needs may be, your relocation will be handled with the highest degree of professionalism. We utilize state of the art equipment. We strive to set the industry standard, not just keep up with it.


Q. How far do you go?

A. Many of our customers are surprised to find that we routinely work throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. We also have a complete import/export service. Which can provide all levels of world wide relocations, from simply crating and securing, to complete logistic services, door to door via land, air or ocean freight.


Q. My machine was built on site, I’m not sure it can be moved?

A. Quite often, for many different reasons, this is the situation. Occasionally the item must be disassembled at least to some degree. More often we are able to offer innovative alternatives, which allow for a more timely and cost effective relocation. However our technicians can be utilized to assists in disassembly or handle a complete turnkey, dismantle and reassembly installation.


Q. Is it too large to move?

A. Man made items are not too large to move. They may however be too heavy or large to relocate in a cost effective manner. At this point, information is of greatest importance. Our staff can be instrumental in obtaining the most thorough and cost effective quotation available industry wide.
